  Bristol City Football Investments plc has been created by its directors to raise capital by issuing new ordinary shares. It plans to seek a listing for its shares on the PLUS-quoted Market, a recognised investment exchange. It will invest funds raised solely in to Bristol City Holdings Limited (which owns Bristol City Football Club Limited and Ashton Gate Limited). It has no association, and will not form any future association, with any other football club.

Bristol City Football Investments plc has been granted an option by the directors of Bristol City Holdings Limited to invest up to £1.5m in to Bristol City Holdings Limited.

Funds invested in to Bristol City Holdings Limited will be used for general club development including towards strengthening the squad where appropriate.

Bristol City Football Club is currently challenging for promotion to the Premier League. Bristol City Football Investments plc intends to financially support the club as much as it is able regardless of whether it achieves promotion in the current season.

The existing board of the club have the full support of Bristol City Football Investments plc. Our interest is in providing additional funds for the benefit of the club and its fans and bringing (and keeping!) top flight football back to Bristol.
