Bristol City Holdings Limited is the holding company for Bristol City Football Club Limited (own the football team and runs the club) and Ashton Gate Limited (owns the stadium and manages the stadium activities).

Bristol City Football Investments plc is planning to issue new ordinary shares to raise funds so that it can invest directly in to Bristol City Holdings Limited.

Bristol City Holdings Limited is completely independent of Bristol City Football Investments plc and has granted Bristol City Football Investments plc an option to invest up to £1.5m in to Bristol City Holdings Limited at £2 per new ordinary share.

Once the fundraising is closed Bristol City Football Investments plc will apply for their shares to trade on the PLUS-quoted Market, a recognised investment exchange.
